Programme

With this bachelor’s degree, students will get an in-depth and practical understanding of hospitality management; quality of service; event and conference planning; and sustainability as it applies to tourism. The overview of these key business areas ensures that students gain a deep understanding of the industry. Case studies allow students to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios and find appropriate solutions.

 Students may choose to study either the six-semester program (option 1) with 210 ECTS or the seven-semester program (option 2) with 240 ECTS.

The Bachelor of Arts in Leisure & Tourism Management degree provides students with fundamental knowledge in all major business areas as well as specialist skills in the leisure and tourism industry such as tourism marketing and hospitality management. Requirements

  • 1 certified copy of high school diploma and transcripts; or equivalent
  • Proof of English level: TOEFL score 80 (internet-based), 213 (computer-based); IELTS 6.0; CAE B2 with a minimum score of 169; native English speaker or equivalent

Option 1: EU Bachelor’s degrees

  • A bachelor's university degree from EU Business School Switzerland which is internationally accredited by ACBSP, IACBE, IQA and certified by eduQua.
  • A university bachelor’s degree awarded by Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM), (título propio), a state-recognized university in Spain.

Option 2: EU Bachelor’s + BA (Hons) in Business Management

  • A bachelor's degree from EU Business School Switzerland which is internationally accredited by ACBSP, IACBE, IQA and certified by eduQua.
  • A university bachelor’s degree awarded by Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM), (título propio), a state-recognized university in Spain.
  • A state-recognized BA (Hons) in Business Management from University of Derby, U.K.

Optional diploma:

Students studying Option 2 (EU Bachelor’s + BA (Hons) in Business Management) can study an additional semester of heir specialization to earn a state-recognized Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) accredited by Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM), Spain, (título propio).
